Ingredients170g (6oz) self-raising flour170g (6oz) caster sugar 170g (6oz) soft margarine 85g (3oz) drinking chocolate 3 eggs 3tbsp BOILING water Good dash of any juice available |
Handy HintYou can adapt this to coffee, plain etc just replace the weight of the DC, and maybe add a little baking powder. |

Method1. Grease and line 7 in tin. Set oven at 1902. Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl, adding water last. Beat for about 1 minute until creamy. 3. Pour into tin 4. Bake for 40 mins; check with skewer. May need another 5 or so minutes 5. Cool in tin 6. Turn out to finish cooling. |
