Ingredients1 piece of brisket or shin beef1 can/bottle of Guinness/stout onions carrots celery 1 potato (just to cook down and make lovely gravy) |

MethodNice and easy!1. Chop up veg and put around meat in a large casserole dish with lid. 2. Cook for at least 4-5 hrs, basting frequently with the Guiness/stout. (Won't hurt to leave a bit longer either if out for the afternoon) |
