IngredientsUse quantities of the following ingredients to suit your taste and the number of people to be served.
Crumbled mild goat's cheese
Sliced pears (tinned are fine)
Chopped walnuts
Mixed salad leaves
Honey Dressing:
120ml extra virgin olive oil
60ml cider vinegar (or wine vinegar - sherry vinegar is also good)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional but nice)
A little salt to taste |
Handy Hint
Can be made in advance but add dressing at last minute. |
MethodCouldn't be easier! Simply toss together these four ingredients with honey dressing.
For the dressing -
1. Combine the vinegar, honey and mustard. (I shake it all together in a jam jar.)
2. Then add olive oil bit by bit, shaking in between additions, and finally add poppy seeds if using.
