Ingredients450g (1lb) potatoes, sliced1 large onion, sliced 1 tin corned beef Water |

Method1. Slice corned beef, layer in casserole with onion and potato, finish with potato on top, and add half pint of water2. Cover and bake in medium oven for about an hour and a half 3. Uncover for the last 15 minutes, brush top layer with melted butter, or margarine and leave for last 15 minutes |
