Method1. Add tagliatelle to a large pan of salted boiling water. While it is cooking you can quickly prepare the sauce:2. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the double cream and stir gently. The cream should turn a lovely yellow colour with the butter. 3. Next stir in the grated parmesan and keep stirring until it has all melted. (When the cheese is added the sauce will thicken) Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Remove from heat and stir through the drained warm tagliatelle. Serve with a spinkle of parmesan, black pepper and some chopped parsley | |||||||||||||||||||
