Method1. Scoop the tomato seeds and liquor into a jug, break up with a stick blender, and drain.2. Chuck the seeds, and add the juice to the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan with the butter and the onion. 3. Stew gently, stirring periodically, on a medium heat for about 20 minutes. Lift out the bits of onion, and blend the sauce with the stick blender as much or as little as you like. |
