Ingredients2 x 175g plaice filletsJuice of a lemon 1 tbsp ready-made black olive paste (or make it yourself) For the Salad: 1 tbsp sliced stoneless black olives 1 tbsp capers 1 chopped tomato 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) |
Handy HintUse jar of tapenade & packet of mixed salad leaves if pressed for time |

Method1. Skin the plaice fillets & cut in half lengthwise.2. Spread a little olive paste on each fillet, roll up & put in a foil-lined grill pan. 3. Season with salt & pepper & lemon juice. Grill for 4-5 mins until just cooked. 4. Place the salad ingredients prettily (nustursium flowers & leaves if in season) on a plate & serve with the fish. |
