Ingredients1 standard packet Digestive biscuits1 small tin or tube of condensed milk 16 marshmallows (chop up if large or use equivalent amount of small ones) 16 glace cherries (quartered) Dessicated coconut for coating |
Handy HintWarm the condensed milk for a few minutes in a bowl of hot water - it makes it easier to mix. |

Method1. Crush digestive biscuits,2. Add other ingredients and mix well together. 3. Shape into a roll (approx swiss roll size). 4. Roll in dessicated coconut and wrap in cling film or tinfoil and place in fridge for 2 hours to harden a little before cutting into slices. | |||||||||||||||||||
