Ingredients

1/2 a butternut squash
1/2 small onion
1 small potato
1 small corgette

Handy Hint

For small babies use a feeding spoon with a temperature sensitive plastic around the bowl of the spoon. This will then indicate if the food is too warm for the baby.

Method

1. Chop all vegetables into small cubes and steam them over boiling water for approx 15 minutes or until they are soft.
2. Remove from the heat and using a hand blender, blend the vegetables into a soft puree.

Allow to cool before serving.
