Ingredients

4 slices of bread
2 eggs
Pinch salt
Margarine
White sugar
Cinnamon powder

Handy Hint

Ensure pan is hot. Add a little more spread if needed especially if cooking in batches.

Method

1. Melt margarine over a medium heat in frying pan
2. Cut bread into quarters
3. Whisk eggs and salt
4. Bathe bread in egg mix and fry until golden brown turning frequently (in batches)
5. Turn onto plates and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (vary amount to taste)

Quick and delicous..great for the kids to make apart from the cooking. Can omit cinnamon if required
