Ingredients

4 salmon steaks
1 tub of pesto (chilled is best rather than on a jar)

Handy Hint

Serve with new potatoes, chips or wedges and little peas.

Method

1. Lay the salmon steaks on a sheet of tin foil and generously coat the top with the pesto.
2. Close up the tin foil allowing in the style of a cornish pasty (to allow a bit of air to circulate).
3. Pop onto a baking tray and cook in hot oven (200C) for 19 minutes exactly.

Very simple and quick, yet very tasty and nutritous. My 4 year old grandson loves this.
