Method1. Heat the oven to Mark 3 gas or 325F/170C.2. Wrap the shoulder of lamb completely in two layers of kitchen foil and place in the casserole dish and cover with the lid. If you are using the rosting tin, place the foil covered lamb in the dish then wrap the dish itself with foil, so it is completely sealed. 3. Place in oven and let cook for about 4 hours. When cooked the fat will all have melted and the lamb will fall off the bone. Truly delicious and enough for a family of four. |
