Method1. Mix flour and caster sugar and add the melted butter.2. Press into a Swiss Roll tin (approx 13" x 9"). Spread with your 'sweet stuff'. 3. Beat 1 egg and 4 oz sugar together and spoon the mixture over. 4. Bake at 150, Gas 3 or 4. |
