Brussels sprouts
Leeks
Mayonnaise
Creme fraiche/plain yogurt (to taste)

Method

1. Discard outer leaves and chop VERY finely.
2. Mix with mayonnaise thinned with creme fraiche, yogurt etc This is a lovely crumchy, slightly peppery salad, perfect with cold turkey and baked potatoes on Boxing Day.
