Ingredients200g (7oz) tin salmon8 tbsp (1/4 pint) water 8 tbsp (1/4 pint) double cream or sour cream Salt and pepper 1 sachet gelatine and 3 tbsp warm water Juice of 1/2 lemon |

Method1. Melt the gelatine in the warm water2. Then blend all the ingredients except the double cream together in the blender (including the gelatine) 3. Mix in the 1/4 pt of double cream (or sour cream) 4. Leave in the fridge to set |
