Ingredients

200g (7oz) tin salmon
8 tbsp (1/4 pint) water
8 tbsp (1/4 pint) double cream or sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 sachet gelatine and 3 tbsp warm water
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

1. Melt the gelatine in the warm water
2. Then blend all the ingredients except the double cream together in the blender (including the gelatine)
3. Mix in the 1/4 pt of double cream (or sour cream)
4. Leave in the fridge to set
