Ingredients2 cups red lentils1.4 litres (3 pints) beef stock 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp raw rice 1 onion - finely chopped 1 crushed garlic clove 1/2 tsp. chopped dried chilli peppers 2 tsp mild curry powder 1 tbsp lemon juice |
