Ingredients

2 tins tuna steak
1 tin sweetcorn
1 tin mushroom soup
6 packs plain crisps
Mashed potato - a lot

Handy Hint

Crush crisps to very small Grated cheese also helps on top

Method

1. Mix all ingredients with mashed potato
2. Reserve 3 bags of crisps for the topping
3. Put in oven on low heat for 2/3 hours

It will sound gross ,I know but it is so light and moreish and really great with coleslaw and salad. You can slap it together and leave it in the oven on a low heat until you need it while you play with the children and read books to them. My daughter still asks for it when over from Australia. It is a family slob meal we all enjoy, with never any left and a cry of why didn't you make it bigger.
