Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
125g soft cream cheese
100g olives
Seasoning
Olive oil

Handy Hint

Make sure the chicken is fully cooked through

Method

1. Slice each chicken breast to make a pouch.
2. Mix the olives with the cream cheese.
3. Sprinkle seasoning on the chicken.
4. Stuff the breasts with the cheese and olive mixture, and secure with skewers. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with oil.
5. Put in a preheated oven at 190C for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts. Once cooked, slice the chicken and eat as tapas.
