Method1. Peel mushrooms. Slice if large, otherwise leave whole.2. Crush the garlic with the salt. 3. Slowly whisk in the oil and vinegar and continue whisking till it turns a nice yellow colour. Then mix in the pepper and onions, and lastly the mushrooms. 4. Leave them covered to marinate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. | |||||||||||||||||||
