Ingredients1 pack parma ham125g button mushrooms sliced 1 tbsp sunflower oil 4 tbsp natural yoghurt 1 tsp grainy mustard 1/2 tsp dried sage, or few fresh leaves 2 packs fresh tagliatelle 4-5 tbsp Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) |
Handy HintEat as soon as ready. If no sage, use freshly chopped parsley. If you are happy with dried pasta, just adjust the cooking time (as on the packet). |

Method1. Cut the parma ham into strips & fry in the oil with sliced mushrooms & sage for 3 mins.2. Add the yoghurt & mustard, season. 3. Meanwhile cook the fresh pasta in boiling water for 3-4 mins, drain & stir in the sauce. Serve sprinkled with the Parmesan Cheese |
