Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (diced)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp of honey

Rice to serve

Handy Hint

You could also add various vegetables into mix such as red peppers and spring onions. Your choice!

Method

1. Mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey together.
2. Add the diced up chicken to the mix and stir until all chicken is covered in sauce. Place in fridge for at least 30 mins.
3. Take chicken mix out of fridge, add to a hot frying pan or wok and cook until chicken soft and tender and all sauce has been soaked up with chicken. Place on bed of cooked rice and enjoy!

This is my favourite Slimming World receipe and is free on the extra easy plan. Very tasty and my hubby loves it too and he's not even trying to lose weight!!
