Ingredients55g (2oz) pudding rice1 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 litre (1 pint) milk Margarine to grease dish |

Method1. Put milk, sugar and pudding rice into a saucepan.2. Bring to the boil and then heat gently for about five minutes. 3. Pour into a greased pudding dish and place into a pre-heated oven at 150C/Gas 2 and cook for about one hour until thickened - with a delicious skin on the top. |
