Method1. Fry the onions on a low heat for around 10 minutes in the oil and butter, adding plenty of salt and pepper.2. Add the meat, and cook for a further couple of minutes. 3. Add the pork stock, in around 5 cups (2 1/2 pints) of boiling water. Add the peas. 4. Bring to the boil then leave to simmer for around an hour stirring every 10 minutes. |
