Ingredients

2 eggs
2 slices of bread
Salt and pepper to season

Method

1. Put a slice of bread on a baking tray.
2. Take a slice of bread and with a heart-shaped cutter cut a heart shape in the middle of the bread. Keep the piece of bread you have taken out for dipping later!
3. Crack an egg and pour it into the heart shape.
4. Put it in the oven for 10/15 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
5. Put it on a plate and dip the heart shaped piece of bread into the yolk for a yummy breakfast with a difference!!
