Ingredients3-4 ripe bananas
100g white flour
100g wholewheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
100ml oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp vanilla essence |

Method1. Preheat oven to 175C/350F/Gas mark 4.
2. Mix sugar and oil together.
3. Add mashed bananas, oil, flour.
4. Add all other ingredients except the nuts and mix well then mix in the nuts.
5. Use paper muffin cases or grease a muffin tin. Spoon the mixture into the cases/tin
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool before serving.
