Ingredients100g self raising flour50g caster sugar 2 tbsp milk 1 egg pinch of salt 50g sultanas juice and zest of half a lemon |

Method1. Mix flour, salt and sugar, add egg and gradually beat in milk to make a thick batter. Stir in sultanas and lemon juice and zest.2. Drop spoonfuls onto a lightly greased fairly hot griddle or heavy based frying pan. Cook until the bubbles rise to the surface, turn and cook on the other side. 3. Serve with a drizzle of honey. |
