Ingredients

85g packet noodles
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion (chopped)
4 frankfurter sausages
250g pack of vegetable stir-fry mix (defrost if frozen)
1-2 tbsp soy or stir fry sauce

Method

1. Cook the noodles following the pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile heat the oil in the wok or a large frying pan, add the onion and fry until softened.
3. Add the frankfurters and stir-fry until a light golden colour then add the vegetables and stir-fry for a further minute.
4. Stir in the noodles and soy or stir-fry sauce and cook until heated through.
