Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red chilli (cut into thin strips)
3cm piece fresh root ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
200g purple sprouting broccoli (stems thinly sliced on the diagonal and florets cut in half lengthways)
300g cooked king prawns
100ml marinade or stir fry sauce (eg: Kikkoman sesame, ginger and soy marinade sauce).

Method

1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the chilli and ginger and stir-fry over a high heat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Heat a little extra oil in the wok, then add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender.
3. Add the prawns and sauce and continue stirring over a high heat until the sauce boils.Remove from the heat and serve.
