Ingredients250g dried thin egg noodles2 tbsp vegetable oil 500g lean beef steak (cut into thin strips) 1 onion (sliced) 4 tbsp hoisin sauce 200g mangetout (halved) |

Method1. Cook the noodles following the pack instructions,then drain and set aside.2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then stir-fry the beef and onion over a high heat until browned all over. 3. Add the noodles to the wok or pan along with the hoisin sauce, mangetout and 125ml water. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins until heated through. |
