Ingredients200g pasta shapes1 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove (crushed) 1 red chilli (deseeded and chopped) 1 courgette (chopped) 400g can chopped tomatoes 198g can tuna chunks (drained) 50g cheddar (grated) Salt and freshly ground black pepper |

Method1. Cook the pasta shapes in boiling salted water for about ten minutes until just tender then drain well.2.While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, chilli, courgette and fry over a medium heat for 2 mins to soften. Add the canned tomatoes, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, bring to the boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins. 3. Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Stir the tuna into the sauce, taking care not to break it up too much, add the pasta, mix well and tip into an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for 15 mins. |
