Ingredients2 plain naan breads125g ball mozzarella cheese (drained and sliced) 6 slices salami 10 olives For the tomato sauce: 400g can chopped tomatoes 1tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove (crushed) Pinch of sugar |

Method1. Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas7.Mix all the tomato sauce ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil.Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 mins to reduce into a thick sauce. 2. Place the naan breads on a non-stick baking tray and spread half the tomato sauce on to each naan, arranging the mozzarella, salami and olives on top. Pop in the oven for about 15 mins to crisp up. |
