Ingredients150g fresh blueberries
400g can of pears in juice
Good pinch of mixed spice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp porridge oats
5 sheets filo pastry
Fry light butter spray |

Try with every kind of fruit you can think of |
Method1. Preheat oven to 150C/Gas 2
2. Simmer gently in a pan the fruit and mixed spice for 5 mins
3. Remove from heat, stir in the honey and oats, allow to cool
4. Transfer fruit mixture to an ovenproof dish.
5. Take each sheet of filo separately and spray with the butter spray, then scrunch up gently and place over the fruit; repeat using all the pastry up. Dust with icing sugar. Bake for 20 mins til golden brown.
Eat warm with creme fraiche, or allow to cool and drizzle with soft icing.
