Ingredients2 250g packs broccoli1 250g pack of green beans 25g salted butter 2 tbsp olive oil Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon |

Method1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and simmer for 2 minutes then add the beans and cook for a further 2 minutes.2. Drain the broccoli and beans in a colander, add the butter, oil and lemon zest to the pan and allow he heat of the pan to melt the butter. 3.
