Ingredients

225g (8oz) minced beef
170g (6oz) pasta shapes
1 small onion
200g can baked beans
8 tbsp (1/4 pint) stock
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
28g (1oz) cheddar cheese

Method

1. Cook pasta
2. Brown mince and onions for 5 mins, add beans, stock, tomato sauce and seasoning. Reduce heat and cook for 20 mins.
3. Stir in cooked pasta. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with cheese
4. Place under grill until cheese melts. Serve with garlic bread
