Ingredients

225g (8oz) self raising flour
Big pinch of salt
115g (4oz) margarine
140g (5oz) hard cheese eg: strong cheddar
2 eggs
Pinch of mustard

Method

1. Sift the flour, mustard, and salt together, then rub in the margarine until it forms breadcrumbs.
2. Mix in the cheese and beaten eggs with a fork, until it forms a dough ball.
3. flatten/roll out and cut into cheese straw like shapes.
4. Place on greased baking tray in the oven at 170C for 15 minutes.
