Ingredients

Tin corned beef
1 large onion
2 medium potatoes
Butter
Salt
Spray oil

Method

1. Fry onion in spray oil (until translucent) then add to corned beef.
2. Place in ovenprrof dish and cover with mashed potatoes which have been salted and buttered to taste.
3. Bake in medium oven until top is golden brown
