Ingredients600g mince2 onions 4 diced potatoes (skin on) Diced carrots Mixed herbs Worcester sauce Dash of tomato sauce Gravy mix Salt and pepper Water Packet of dumpling mix |
Handy HintPrepare the mix (except the mince) the night before and leave in the slow cooker, add the mince the next day before turning cooker on |

Method1. Chuck the lot (bar the dumpling mix) into the slow cooker for 6 hours, just stir now and again.2. Make the dumplings as per packet and add for the last hour. Add more gravy mix for a thicker texture if required. Serve with buttered peppered cabbage and beetroot or red cabbage and crusty bread. |
