Ingredients1 small red onion (finely chopped)l clove garlic (crushed) 1 small red chill (finely chopped) Juice of 1 lime (or lemon) 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp caster sugar Watermelon wedge (deseeded & diced) 1 ripe avocado (diced) Small bunch coriander (or parsley) leaves (chopped) 200g cooked tiger prawns (fresh or frozen) |
Handy HintIf prawns are frozen, defrost first. |
