Ingredients

Left over gammon
Mustard
Margarine

Handy Hint

A good way to use up left overs and give children a fun tea they have helped to make

Method

1. Chop up the gammon and put in a blender with a good spoonful of mustard. Add about 100g of margarine. Let the grandchildren blitz it.
2. Spoon into a ramekin dish and use a spoon to push down well. Put in the fridge to set. Serve with toast for a kids teatime or as a starter for adults.

Made and loved by small children!

It's a favourite in my house. I have to make sure I cook a gammon so that we have leftovers! I usually cook a gammon for Christmas tea and the leftovers make the starter for boxing day. Economical way to use up the ends of gammon as it doesn't have to be in slices.
