Ingredients

2 eggs
400g white chocolate
125g butter
110g sugar
130g plain flour

Handy Hint

Put all the ingredients into separate bowls so little ones find it easy to help :)

Method

1. Pre heat the oven to 190C.
2. Break up all the chocolate.
3. Whisk the sugar and eggs together.
4. Melt the butter in a pan and pour it into a cold bowl and add half the chocolate, stir until melted.
5. Sieve the flour into the eggs and sugar and pour in the butter and chocolate mix, fold all the ingredients together then mix in the remaining chocolate pieces.
6. Carefully pour the mixture into a lined brownie tin and cook for 30-35 minuites untill the top has turned golden brown.
