Ingredients20cm (8") pastry flan case1 can salmon 1/2 onion (finely chopped) 55g (2oz) cheddar cheese (grated) 2 eggs 8 tbsp (1/4 pint) milk Salt and pepper Chopped parsley |
Handy HintCan use small tin tuna/small tin salmon combined. |

Method1. Flake fish and remove bones and skin. Place on bottom of flan and sprinkle onion on top, and then cheese.2. Beat eggs with milk and well season. Pour onto flan (through a sieve is best!) and sprinkle with parsley. 3. Bake in centre of oven at 190C/Gas mark 5 for about 30 minutes until well risen and golden brown. Serve hot or warm. |
