Ingredients

1 packet bean sprouts
2/3 sticks celery (sliced chunkily)
55g (2oz) peanuts
55g (2oz) rasins
3 spring onions (diced)
10cm (4") cucumber (chopped fairly coarsely)
1 green pepper (chopped chunkily)
Handful of watercress (thick stalks removed)
French dressing
Soy sauce

Method

1. Assemble ingredients in bowl and toss well in dressing made of equal amount of soy sauce to french dressing. It is the flavour of the soy sauce that makes this salad s-o-o-o-o
enjoyable.
