Ingredients

225g (8oz) granulated sugar
125g (4.5oz) plain flour
3 eggs
125g (4.5oz) chocolate spread
125g (4.5oz) butter/margarine
170g (6oz) dark chocolate
1 tsp baking powder

Method

1. Set oven to 180C/Gas mark 4.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Remove from heat and add all the ingredients in a big bowl.
3. Mix until smooth and place in a lined baking tin. Cook for 45 mins or until the centre is set.
