Ingredients225g (8oz) minced lamb1/2 onion (chopped) 1 courgette (chopped) 6 fresh mushrooms (sliced) 225g (8oz) canned chopped tomatoes in juice 2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 garlic clove (crushed) 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs Pinch freshly ground black pepper 115g (4oz) pasta shapes 115g (4oz) cream cheese 2 tbsp grated Cheddar |

Method1. Pre-heat the oven to 190C/375F.2. Dry fry the mince in a large saucepan until browned. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the directions on the pack. 3. Add the onion, garlic, zucchini and mushrooms to the meat and cook for a few minutes. 4. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil. Place in an oven proof-dish. 5. Drain the pasta, then stir in half of the grated Cheddar and the cream cheese. Place the pasta on top of the meat and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. 6. Bake for around 20 mins, until golden brown. |
