Method1. Firstly cook the fish fingers in your normal way.2. Peel & boil the potatoes, drain once soft & mash with butter. 3. Line a deep oven proof dish with the cooked fish fingers. 4. Spread the buttery mash evenly over the top. 5. Sprinkle generously with the grated cheese. 6. Pop in the oven until the cheese melts to a golden brown. |
