Ingredients

2 large potatoes
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Handy Hint

Don't try piping til they have cooled down a bit - boiling potatoes in a piping bag can be painful. I tried.

Method

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and boil until soft.
2. Drain and while still piping hot mix in a beaten egg and season to taste. Allow to cool
3. Put the mix into a piping bag and pipe rosette shapes or swirls onto a greased or lined baking sheet. Bake in a medium oven until the edges start to brown.
