IngredientsLeftover pasta2 or 3 beaten eggs Some cream (only if you have it available!) Other leftovers eg: tomatoes, green pepper, a small amount of sliced cold meat, cheese. Oregano or parsley (fresh or dried) |

Method1. Nonna Antonietta's rules for Pasticcio are simple. Grab the leftover pasta, add the eggs, the cream (if using) and the other leftovers. (Slice and dice everything in "very small" pieces)2. Pour the mixture into a pan, sprinke a bit of bread flour (if you have grated parmesan cheese you can add it too) and bake it for 30 minutes (more or less) until golden and solid.
