Ingredients

1 pack sausage meat
1 packet good stuffing mix (sage and onion)
1 Jar apple sauce
1 jar pickle
1 chopped apple
Milk or egg to to glaze
1 packet puff pastry
Cheese (grated)

Handy Hint

Sprinkle surface you are rolling on with flour so they don't stick

Method

1. Roll out puff pastry to an oblong and cut in half longways.
2. Mix sausage meat with stuffing (mix made up with hot water then cooled down) and add peeled and chopped apple.
3. Divide the mixture in half. Mix apple sauce in with one part and pickle with the other. Put each mix in sausage shape on one of the pieces of pastry.
4. Fold over and stick together and cut into sections as big as needed then place on greased baking tray.
5. Glaze with milk or egg and sprinkle cheese over rolls then bake at 200C for approx 1/2 hour or until golden.
