Pork fillet
Spring onions
Coriander leaves
Black pepper
Red wine
Brown sugar

Handy Hint

this is a smashing party recipe as it takes very little effort and is one of the easiest dishes you could ever make, also everyone seems to like it!

Method

1. Cut the pork fillet into rings and literally cover with coriander leaves and black pepper and leave to infuse for at least an hour. 2. Quickly brown the meat, add half bottle of red wine and finely chopped spring onions, including half of the green, add the brown sugar and cook until wine is half evaporated.
