15 chestnuts
Bread crumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
Greek yogurt
Sea salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar

Stir in very gently do not beat

Method

1. Lightly boil chestnuts then drain
2. Stir in the olive oil, bread crumbs, sea salt and pepper, then add Greek yogurt.
